KL2 Scholars Program

The KL2 Scholars Program provides promising young clinical and translational investigators the training, mentoring, and protected time to develop an independent research program. This program is funded by the NIH through ICTR’s Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) and currently includes 16 KL2 Scholars.

Note: The 2006 & 2007 cohorts of scholars were formerly with the NCRR Roadmap K12, known at UW as the Training and Education to Advance Multidisciplinary (TEAM) Clinical Research Program.

The application deadline for 2015 KL2 Scholar awards is August 4, 2014 (September 2, 2014 extended application deadline for new UW faculty with appointments starting between 6/1/2014-6/1/2015). The RFA and Application for the 2015 KL2 Scholar Awards can be found here.
