Becoming a Self-Reflective Researcher Workshop this June

Long-time CCHE partner, the Maryland Center for Health Equity (M-CHE), is excited to announce their Building Trust Workshop, Becoming a Self-Reflective Researcher: Successfully Engaging Minority Communities, will be held at the University of Maryland, College Park on June 27-28, 2018!

This two-day workshop is geared to help researchers recruit and retain participants, especially racial and ethnic minorities and other health disparity populations. Based on their qualitative and quantitative research, along with community input, the M-CHE team of leading health disparities researchers and instructional design specialists created this curriculum. Participants will leave this workshop with a practical set of tools for building relationships with minority communities and recruiting and retaining minority and health disparity populations in their research.

Registration will be open March 12 – April 30, 2018.
If you register by April 9, you will receive a $250 scholarship toward the registration fee.
