Black History Month: Health & Mental Health Discussion

The Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus is hosting events all February long to celebrate Black History Month.

The Rebalanced-Life Wellness Association (RLWA) has accepted an invitation from Wisconsin Legislative Black Caucus Chair Representative Sheila Stubbs (D-Madison) and Senator La Tonya Johnson (D-Milwaukee) to facilitate a Black History Month discussion. RLWA has selected the voices of Black men representing Marshfield, Madison, Milwaukee and Racine for a candid statewide talk on health and mental health of our communities. They will be answering questions on how to better support and promote Black Men’s wellness.

Hear from Aaron Perry, Alvin Thomas, Logan Edwards, Ernest James, Maurice Horton and Darryl Davidson on February 19th from 12-1pm CST.  Register for the Zoom event here.
