We’re delighted to share an excellent community-led Town Hall on the topic of Hypertension among Black men.
This event, sponsored by Black Men Run, was designed to support individuals getting important health information for personal action. Black Men Run is a national program promoting the importance of running for health, for fellowship and to combat devastating health disparities. We’re exceptionally proud to see our Madison friend and colleague, Mr. Aaron Perry featured in the program. Mr. Perry is a Co-Captain of the Madison chapter of Black Men Run and founder and director of the Rebalanced Life Wellness Association.
He and his team are currently building out their wellness space with a clinic for serving uninsured men. The Perry Family Free Clinic will officially launch in mid February 2022. They’re looking forward to providing care to uninsured and under-insured Black men in Dane and surrounding counties. If you would like to learn more about the clinic opening, contact Mr. Perry at firstname.lastname@example.org.
