CCHE would like to alert you to an upcoming community event in Madison ~
Bridging Faith Communities Together For Healthy Conversations About Alzheimer’s & Related Dementias will take place on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 2:00 – 4:30pm at Bethel Lutheran Church at 312 Wisconsin Ave Madison, WI. Fellowship and resource tables will be at 2pm and 4:30pm. Program begins at 2:30pm.
See the event flyer for the roster of guest speakers and planning partners. The event will also feature the “Amazing Grace” Chorus, comprised of people living with dementia and their caregivers. Refreshments will be provided.
