The 2017 D&I Short Course is taking place October 11-13, 2017 at UW-Madison and will provide a forum for researchers and community stakeholders to explore the emerging field of dissemination and implementation with national and local experts. Join us for interactive sessions that navigate the steps from concept, design, adaptation and implementation in practice.

Be part of the inaugural D&I Short course poster session and networking event!

October 11, 2017 5:15-7:00 pm

Join us for a poster session and networking event!  We wish to encourage the sharing of D&I research, activities, tools, processes, and outcomes. We are seeking posters representing D&I research and activity projects at any stage. Please follow these 2 easy steps:

  1. Check the box designating that you will present a poster when you register for the D&I short course to reserve your poster board space here: 2017 D&I Short Course Registration
  2. Submit your poster abstract via this link by Monday, October 2nd. 2017 D&I Short Course Poster Abstract Submission

Take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your work, and to network with other Short Course attendees and faculty.  Appetizers will be served.

Poster Abstract Submission Instructions  

Please paste your abstract information into the form after following the link:  2017 D&I Short Course Poster Abstract Submission

Follow the instructions below for your title, authors, and abstract.  All information will be saved and printed as you submit it.

Title:  Enter your abstract title in sentence case. Do not end titles with a period.
Authors:  Use American Medical Association (AMA) citation style.  (e.g. Salwachter AR, Freischlag JA, Sawyer RG)
Abstract:  Keep the abstract paragraphs to 500 words or less with the following section headings:

  • Background
  • Methods
  • Findings (if applicable)
  • Implications for D&I Research

Call for Small Group Review

The agenda includes Small Group Review Sessions for Abstracts & Research Ideas with the D&I Short Course faculty. Attendees are invited to submit their research idea/proposal for discussion.
