Just Research supports researchers and research staff wanting to build skills to promote diversity in study participation and research equity. The core Just Research workshop is a full day of interactive exercises, skills practice, and discussion facilitated by Gina Green-Harris, Director, Center for Community Engagement and Health Partnerships (CCE), and Susan Passmore, Senior Associate Director, Collaborative Center for Health Equity (CCHE). This workshop distills and expands on decades of experience with community engagement, inclusive research practices, and the Building Trust program to cover topics such as the role of bias in research participation, principles of healthy community engagement, and effective communication within teams and in community.
Space is limited. We ask that you register only if you have cleared the full day.
