
Recruitment Strategies for Clinical Trials

The “Recruitment Strategies for Clinical Trials” workshop is geared towards new principal investigators and those investigators with limited experience developing and writing protocols for clinical trials. This two-hour workshop will provide strategies for using Electronic Health Records for feasibility assessment and recruitment, guidance on recruitment and retention of diverse populations, and how to organize and structure a multi-site clinical trial.
This workshop will be led by Jomol Mathew, PhD, Director, Clinical Health and Informatics Institute and Dorothy Farrar-Edwards, PhD, Faculty Director, Collaborative Center for Health Equity. The workshop will be held virtually on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, 1 pm to 3 pm CST. CME is available for this workshop.
