“Pilot study of an intervention to increase cultural awareness in research mentoring: Implications for diversifying the scientific workforce,” is published in the April 2018 issue of the Journal of Clinical and Translational Science and appeared online in August.
The publication details initial study outcomes of the ‘Culturally Aware Mentoring’ training intervention.
