The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is hosting the Pathways to Prevention Workshop: Achieving Health Equity in Preventive Services on June 19–20, 2019, to assess the available scientific evidence on achieving health equity in the use of clinical preventive services in a health care setting. The workshop will focus on three leading causes of death in the United States: cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. See the NIH Office of Disease Prevention (ODP) announcement here.
The workshop is free and open to the public. Registration is required, and attendees can join either in person or via NIH VideoCast.
