CCHE encourages you to Save the Date for the LGBTQ+ Health Resource Fair taking place Monday, April 20, 2020 from 4-7:00pm! ~

The LGBTQ+ Health Resource Fair is presented by the OutReach LGBT Community Center and will take place in the UW Health Sciences Learning Center at 750 Highland Ave. Madison, WI 53705.
This event is organized for individuals within the LGBTQ+ Community, students in the health field, professionals in the health field, and case managers who may have LGBTQ+ clients. OutReach Inc. has put together a large LGBTQ+ health resource fair with well over a dozen tables of information to help you find the healthcare you need. No matter your age or your health needs there’s a table with information for you. We will supply healthy snacks to keep your attention keen while you learn about what the area has to help you or your patients. Join us to locate the LGBTQ+ health resources in Madison and Dane County.
