Robert Hagan, PhD, is a Project Manager in the ICTR Office of Therapeutics Discovery and Development where he provides drug development, project management, and regulatory affairs guidance. Hagan is a seasoned pharmaceutical industry professional with proven performance in product development, project management, and technical leadership. His expertise was built in firms including Nexcyon Pharmaceuticals (Madison, WI), NanoBio Corporation (Ann Arbor, MI), and Pharmacia & Warner-Lambert/Parke-Davis (now Pfizer Global Research and Development). Notably his experience includes moving products from concept to commercialization.

Prior to his 17+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, Hagan served as a Captain in the US Air Force, where he was Chief of Analytical Research at the Clinical Investigation Facility, David Grant Medical Center, Travis Air Force Base, California.

Hagan earned his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Medical University of South Carolina and his BS in Zoology from Clemson University. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
