Kim Spencer

Kim Spencer, MS, is a Researcher with the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kim supports evaluation of ICTR mentorship initiatives and oversees the tracking of research activities for the National Research Mentoring Network Coordination Center (NRMN CC). Kim is also the Assistant Director of Research & Evaluation for the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER) where she supports research projects to study and advance the science of mentorship. She received her M.S. in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
