CCHE would like to share an upcoming special lecture by the Director of the National Institute on Aging’s Office of Special Populations, Dr. Carl Hill ~
Carl V. Hill, PhD, MPH, leads the National Institute on Aging’s (NIA) efforts in stimulating health disparities research related to aging. As the Director of the Office of Special Populations, Dr. Hill helps to facilitate studies focused on health disparities; supports the development of initiatives to enhance NIA’s research and training efforts targeting underrepresented groups, including minorities and women; and provides advice and guidance to senior staff on health research related to special populations.
In June 2018 Dr. Hill shared a closing keynote with Scholars of CCHE’s Health Equity Leadership Institute (HELI) and he’s back in Madison this March for the annual Solomon Carter Fuller Brain Health events.

Dr. Hill will speak on ‘Health Disparities Research with the National Institute on Aging (NIA)’ on Friday, March 15th from 11-12:00pm in room 1345 in the Health Sciences Learning Center (HSLC) at 750 Highland Avenue Madison, WI.
