The 54th meeting of the National Advisory Council on Minority Health and Health Disparities will take place virtually and all are invited to attend via NIH Videocast.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 from 12-3:00pm CST.
The National Advisory Council on Minority Health and Health Disparities advises the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the NIH Director, and the NIMHD Director on matters related to the NIMHD’s mission.
This May 12th advisory council meeting will include NIMHD Director Dr. Eliseo J. Pérez-Stable presenting the Director’s Report and Dr. Bruce J. Tromberg, Director of National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering, will present: “Engineering the Future of Health.” Several NIMHD staff members will also introduce new research concepts on minority health and health disparities.
