The State of Wisconsin has an online COVID-19 assessment tool available at https://www.wihealthconnect.com/.
This Wisconsin Health Connect resource allows people to complete a self-assessment online in under 10 minutes and then a nurse will call to answer their questions and provide advice based on their symptoms. The service is FREE and confidential; they just ask for a phone number in order to be able to call the person. This might be useful to some of our partners and affiliates who work with groups who are uninsured.
This site is available in English or Spanish and they have nurses who speak both languages. Find more contact information here.
