The “Recruitment Strategies for Clinical Trials” workshop is geared towards new principal investigators and those investigators with limited experience, or no experience, developing and writing protocols for clinical trials.
This two-hour, virtual workshop will provide strategies for using Electronic Health Records for feasibility assessment and recruitment, guidance on recruitment and retention of diverse populations, and how to organize and structure a multi-site clinical trial.
It will be led by Jomol Mathew, PhD, Director, Clinical Health and Informatics Institute, and Dorothy Farrar-Edwards, PhD, Faculty Director, Collaborative Center for Health Equity. The workshop will be held online on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. CST.
