Shannon Casey, PhD, is Director of Program Evaluation and Research at ICTR. Her career spans over 15 years of managing research projects, teaching statistics and research methods to doctoral students in clinical psychology, evaluating education and health interventions, building measures and evaluation tools, and consulting with private and public institutions. At the center of her work is advocacy for building educational, health, and occupational equity through improving systems using participatory and empowerment evaluation approaches.
