Working at ICTR

At ICTR, we believe in building a strong, collaborative community where colleagues not only work together but also connect on a personal level. We offer a vibrant workplace culture filled with opportunities for team-building and camaraderie.

  • Community connection: We encourage staff to get to know each other through engaging activities. Our regular “Noon Nosh” lunchtime events are a great way to relax, enjoy good food, and connect with colleagues from across the institute.
  • Cooking for a good cause: Participate in our annual cooking challenge, where volunteer staff showcase their culinary skills while raising funds for community nonprofits. It’s a delicious way to give back and bond with your teammates!
  • Social committee: Everyone at ICTR is welcome to join our social committee, which organizes various events throughout the year. There’s always something fun on the calendar!
