Kim Linsenmayer, MPA, is the Administrative Director of ICTR, overseeing Central Administration teams and functions (operations, communications, finance, grants administration, and project management).
Ms. Linsenmayer came to ICTR from the UW Population Health Institute (PHI) where she served as Deputy Director of Operations for the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps (CHR&R) program, a national collaboration between PHI and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. She was responsible for all program operations (financial administration, personnel, technology, and communications), with a primary focus on strategic dissemination.
Prior to joining the Population Health Institute, Ms. Linsenmayer was the Chief Operations Officer for CTC & Associates LLC, a Wisconsin-based consulting firm that provides program management and communications services for state and federal transportation research programs and national research consortiums. For nearly 15 years, she helped public agencies strategically develop and implement their research initiatives, effectively communicate the results and impacts of their projects, and track the use and value of their research in the real world.
Kim holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado-Denver, with a concentration in domestic violence. Her graduate work included research focused on teen dating violence prevention policies. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Michigan.
