Whitney Sweeney, PhD, is a scientist with ICTR’s Team Science program. She holds a PhD in cognitive and biological psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in higher education, she empowers teams to establish effective processes that lead to enhanced communication, psychologically safe and inclusive cultures, and innovative collaborative problem-solving.
Her most recent work focuses on leveraging team science principles to enhance the voices of community members and improve health equity.
