ICTR launches new website

by Lauren Neumann

ICTR is excited to announce the launch of our brand new website, designed to provide users with a more intuitive and engaging experience. This redesign reflects our commitment to providing users with the latest information on what ICTR offers and how we can help researchers advance their projects and careers. Here’s a glimpse of key enhancements:

Find information faster

  • Simplified menu structure: The new website prioritizes user-friendly navigation, ensuring you can easily access information about our services, programs, and funding opportunities.
  • Breadcrumb navigation: Keep track of your journey throughout the site and easily return to previous pages without a hassle.

Zero in on the support you need

  • Research services: Filter our 46 services by the type of research activity you need help with, from community engagement and data analysis to recruitment and study design.
  • Funding: View our 14 funding opportunities by eligibility and award type (pilot research project, career development award, or voucher for services).
  • Education and training: We’ve pulled together all career development opportunities in one place, including scholar and trainee awards, degree and certificate programs, trainings and workshops, and communities of practice.
  • Programs: Quickly access support, tools, and resources from 30 ICTR programs. Filter by the types of services and career support offered.

Compare and share funding opportunities

  • Side-by-side comparison: Select multiple funding opportunities and view them side by side, comparing applicant eligibility, deadlines, special criteria, and more at a glance.
  • Shareable results: A unique URL is generated when funding opportunities are added to the compare feature, allowing you to easily share the comparison results with others.

Enhanced search functions

  • Smart search bar: Discover relevant content effortlessly with our new home page search bar, featuring instant previews of results.
  • Filter search results: Sort your search results by content type (page, document, event, etc.) to pinpoint exactly what you need.

This website was made possible through a close collaboration with Ascedia, a web development and digital strategy agency. We invite you to dive in and explore all that ICTR has to offer.
