Update to this story, August 2024: Dr. Sodji will no longer be accepting his KL2 award in order to accept a KO8 award. We congratulate him on this honor and are delighted to note that Dr. Yohualli Anaya has joined the ICTR KL2 cohort; you can find out more about her here.
Three early-career University of Wisconsin–Madison faculty have received ICTR’s KL2 Career Development Award. The award period will begin on July 1, 2024. These promising investigators will receive 75% protected time for research, state-of-the-art mentoring and career development training over the next two years.
They will join seven continuing scholars from previous award cycles who continue to be supported by ICTR KL2 awards, a National Institutes of Health-funded initiative through the Clinical and Translational Science Awards program.
