About

The ability to analyze data is revolutionizing healthcare, opening new doors in research, and changing how providers access vital health records and information. Informatics is at the heart of this transformation—ensure you’re at the forefront of this change!

The Clinical & Health Informatics graduate programs empower you to apply your knowledge to advance healthcare, bridge technology with human creativity, and turn data into impactful solutions that drive lasting change.

Our program stands out for its multidisciplinary approach, built on the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) Core Competencies. We achieve a truly integrated, interdisciplinary curriculum by connecting five UW–Madison colleges and schools, offering diverse opportunities that fully encompass all 10 competencies.
