Melissa McDaniels, PhD, is a Scientist with the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research, Co-Investigator with the National Research Mentoring Network & Associate Executive Director at the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER, www.cimerproject.org) at UW. She is a social scientist and has over 25 years of experience in helping institutions build capacity for inclusive excellence in research, mentoring and teaching.
