Overview

Looking to launch your project in a collaborative way? This evidence-based intervention helps teams develop strong collaborative relationships from the beginning of a project by proactively addressing potential areas of conflict before they arise.

In a facilitated discussion that ranges from 60-120 minutes, our Team Science experts will guide your team through key dimensions of your project, including:

  • The Team Vision
  • Roles
  • Outputs
  • Culture
  • Decision-making processes
  • Plans for project, data, and information management

What will happen during Collaboration Planning? In this session with your team, Dr. Whitney Sweeney will lead you through a guided exercise to craft a plan specific to your project addressing key challenges of team science.

To review the questions covered in a typical session, please see the Collaboration Planning Worksheet.

If you’re interested in a collaboration planning session, please fill out this Google Intake form. The Team Science Core will be in touch with you to schedule a time for this virtual session.
