Clinical and translational research is supported by a wide array of resources and services at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and via affiliated healthcare entities. In an effort to ensure investigators can identify and access the key information necessary for supporting their research endeavors including supporting their research team members, resources from our partners at UW Health, UW School of Medicine & Public Health, UW Hospitals and Clinics, the UW Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research & Graduate Education, and many others are collected here, in addition to those provided by groups directly overseen by ICTR.
Direct ICTR resources include our research Funding Opportunities, the D&I Launchpad, and research Data Management Tools (OnCore, REDCap).
The Community-Academic Research section below lists resources, partnerships and affiliates associated with the Community-Academic consortium, and Practice Based Research Networks (PBRN) that might be of interest to research teams seeking collaborators on- and off-campus.
Our Biomedical Informatics services section includes existing and new services aligned with the UW Center for Clinical and Health Informatics (CHI2), recently launched and in development. We also provide a direct link to our partners in the SMPH Research Computing Infrastructure.
The Clinical Research Services and Networks section reflects an investigator perspective with the services provided by all the partner offices and services grouped into categories including:
