Overview
The Recruitment & Retention Consultation Service offers customized guidance, resources, and recommendations to investigators and study teams throughout UW. Our free consultations support various aspects of your research, including grant development, protocol planning, mid-enrollment troubleshooting, and more.
Free consults include assistance with:
- Identifying evidence-based approaches to participant recruitment and retention, including applying insights from the recruitment science knowledgebase
- Developing tailored recruitment and retention plans
- Participant-facing materials and incorporating plain language and design principles.
- Facilitating connections with local and institutional resources, such as community-based organizations and research teams working with similar populations
- Contributing to recruitment science, including advising on and reviewing recruitment science manuscripts
