The Recruitment & Retention Consultation Service offers customized guidance, resources, and recommendations to investigators and study teams throughout UW. Our complimentary consultations support various aspects of your research, including grant development, protocol planning, mid-enrollment troubleshooting, and more.
Consults include assistance with:
- Identifying evidence-based approaches to recruitment, retention & engagement participants.
- Assessing recruitment and retention methods & developing a recruitment plan.
- Increasing diversity, equity, inclusion, & accessibility in your research.
- Participant-facing materials & incorporating plain language into materials.
- Engaging community and patient groups for planning and recruitment.
- Navigating and connecting to local and institutional resources.
