About the 2026 Short Course:
Many proposals have strong interventions but weak implementation plans, while others have robust implementation frameworks but limited intervention and workflow design. The 2026 Short Course equips researchers, practitioners, and trainees with practical skills to integrate implementation science and human factors frameworks to design scalable, evidence-based interventions that improve health care delivery and outcomes. Through lectures, case studies, and hands-on workshops, participants will learn to align clinical interventions with real-world workflows, apply these frameworks to their own projects, and leave with tailored, community-engaged solutions ready to drive meaningful change.
