Join the D&I Launchpad for the first Implementation Science Seminar of the 2026-27 academic year. Bethany Kwan, PhD, MSPH, professor at the University of Colorado Anschutz will present “Designing for Dissemination and Sustainability to Enhance Clinical and Translational Science.”
In this talk, Dr. Kwan will describe principles, methods, and frameworks for Designing for Dissemination and Sustainability (D4DS), a core element of Dissemination and Implementation (D&I) Science. Learning objectives include identification of outcomes, methods, and measures for assessing “fit to context” across phases of clinical and translational research (conceptualization, design, dissemination and implementation, and impact), including methods for determining priority outcomes for adopters and influencers. Discussion will include strategies for innovative application of D&I and D4DS methods to clinical and translational science (CTS) capacity building and overcoming CTS roadblocks.
