About
In 2022, ICTR established the Pathway Program, funded by the Wisconsin Partnership Program. The Pathway Program supports the mentorship and professional development of scholars conducting clinical and translational research at different stages of an academic career through the following programs:
- ADEPT, which supports part-time, nontraditional PhD students
- AHEAD, which supports postdoctoral scholars
- STRIDE, which supports new and early-career faculty
In 2025, the Wisconsin Partnership Program supported the expansion of the Pathway Program to include LEADS and AMPLIFI. LEADS supports the professional development of midcareer faculty conducting translational research. AMPLIFI supports the development of the mentors of our scholars through a co-learning environment.
Funding for the project was provided by the UW School of Medicine and Public Health from the Wisconsin Partnership Program through a strategic grant awarded to the UW Institute for Clinical and Translational Research at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. The UW Institute for Clinical and Translational Research also receives funding from NIH-NCATS Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) UL1TR002373.
